Ready to take therapy on the road and grab a breath of fresh air? Walk and Talk Therapy is a different approach to therapy that takes place outdoors. It incorporates movement, allowing you to benefit from being in nature while exploring your thoughts and feelings. Walk and Talk sessions take place at a local park or trail, and can be a great way to break up the traditional therapy session. 

Offered seasonly when weather permits, some clients may opt for walk and talk for the  majority of their sessions, while others may prefer only once in awhile to switch up virtual sessions.
