We all have the desire to feel heard and understood – like someone really “gets” us.  I care deeply about providing this experience while helping you make sense of your story so that you can move toward healing and growth.  My "style" of counseling is to lead with authenticity - you get to be you, and I will be me. I approach counseling from a holistic or "whole body" approach to promote deeper healing. No matter what has brought you to seek counseling in this season of your life, you don't have to hold it alone.

My clinical experience began at Colorado Christian University where I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Synergetic Play Therapist™, and EMDR trauma therapy trained. Though I enjoy working with all ages, women and teens are my speciality. I have over 13 years experience working with children, teenagers, and adults in various capacities.

I am a Colorado native and love being active and outdoors. In my free time I enjoy yoga, running, collecting vinyl records, reading fantasy novels, playing board games, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and dog.  I love Star Wars, The Beatles, musical theater, Harry Potter, superheroes, and SciFi. You can also find me geeking out about all things neuroscience-related.
